Our name reflects our approach: "Duma" means thought and counsel—we exist to translate intricate financial, compliance, and structural challenges into clear, actionable guidance; "Partners" underscores our way of working: authentic collaboration and a shared journey.

In the last two decades, I've had three completely different careers. And each one taught me the same thing: people don't need experts who throw numbers at them. They need someone who understands their story.
 

It All Started in Newsrooms

I spent over a decade as a field reporter. Back then, nobody called me to hear good news—I went where the problem was, where someone needed to be heard. And you know what that taught me? To truly listen. To ask the right questions. To quickly see what matters, beyond what people say out loud.
 

Then I Entered the Business World

Hospitality taught me to truly understand the pressure of delivering day after day. When you run a restaurant, you wake up thinking about tomorrow's menu, the supply invoice, the team member who just left. I know those sleepless nights because I've lived them. And because cooking is one of my passions, I know that the details that seem small are the ones that matter most.


Since 2015, I've focused on logistics and HR. I've guided over 1,300 people through recruitment—which means I've interacted with well over 10,000 individuals. I've read their stories, assessed their potential, and helped them find the right direction. But it wasn't just about hiring—I built training manuals to bring entire teams up to the same high performance standard, and implemented internal frameworks that both employees and self-employed contractors could actually follow. And I realized something essential: behind every CV is a person who wants to be seen, not just evaluated. Guided, not rejected.

I've spent over 15 years helping businesses untangle complex problems and build systems that actually work.

My journey began with a degree in Finance and Banking, but the real education came from being in the trenches—managing operations, founding my own logistics company, and learning what it takes to grow a business from the inside out. That combination taught me something invaluable: most business challenges aren't about a lack of knowledge. They're about turning complicated information into clear decisions.

That's why we founded DUMA Partners.

What I Bring to the Table

Results that matter: I've helped increase profit by 50% in a general management role and led financial recovery work for a national telecom operator. I look for the gaps that quietly drain resources and build strategies that fix them for good.

Systems that scale: As a logistics company founder, I built operational processes from scratch and secured major corporate partnerships. In retail management, I created operational manuals that got rolled out across every branch. Sustainable growth isn't about working harder—it's about building repeatable systems.

Real-world experience: I've coordinated national sales teams, negotiated significant contracts, and guided businesses through every stage from chaotic start-up to structured growth. I know what works because I've been there.
